L-Lysine

Research has shown that there is a link between the ratio of the L-Lysine to L-Arginine amino acids and that the lower the ratio the more chance of occurrence of fever blisters/cold-sores/herpes-simplex and by correcting the balance by increasing the L-Lysine you can possibly reduce the healing time, severity and the chance of further occurrence.

L-Lysine is an essential amino acid that is not naturally produced in the human body and needs to be absorbed from foods stuffs or taken as a supplement.
